KGBY-My925...my life, my music has an immediate opening for a full-time Imaging Specialist. Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Voicing, writing, dubbing and archiving of promotional announcements, imaging and some commercials.
• Provide creative support to the Programming Department with regard to promotional announcements and some on-air board work.
• Read and edit material to ensure conformance with company policy and FCC regulations.
• Coordinate with the Program Director to expedite radio promos, imaging and rotation, according to the specifications.
• Serve as liaison between station and listeners when including them on all imaging and station features.
• Work with Program Director to craft the message and voice of the station that is consistent through all imaging and production pieces.
• Some Production work is required with the Production Department.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified candidates must understand how writing conversationally is the key to good promos.
• Knowledge of ProTools or Cool Edit Pro is a must, knowledge of both is a plus.

Sacramento"s NewsTalk KFBK has a part-time board operator position available.  Candidate must be able to play commercials and maintain programming to the air signal during the weekend shift.  Duties also include but are not limited to, recording and playing back live and syndicated radio programs, playing all commercials as scheduled, recording incoming news feeds, monitoring KFBK streaming station, Fox News and other news sources for breaking news.  Minor updating of the KFBK website and supervision of sister-am station may also be required.

Minimum of 1 year experience in commercial radio board operation, and Windows-based computer applications a must.
